Returns Policy in regards to FREE Gifts
When receiving a FREE gift which requires a minimum spend – if returning items means that the original spend value drops below the spend requirement, then the FREE gift must also be returned, or we will reduce the price of the FREE gift from your refund value.
General Refund Policy
If you ordered a product in error, we will provide a refund (excluding returns shipping) providing the product is returned within 30 days and in a fully re-saleable and unopened condition.
If you believe your product to be faulty, we will provide a refund (including outbound delivery costs incurred and returns shipping up to the value of 1st class) providing the product is returned within 14 days and we deem it to be faulty.
We will contact you via email to advise of your refund status within 3 days of receiving the item. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
