More Than Nails: What it means to be a Lecenté Creator 

At Lecenté, being a Creator means more than just representing a brand, it’s about passion, creativity, connection, and being part of something bigger. To celebrate our incredible Creator and Educator community, we hosted our very first Lecenté Creator Day, and what a day it was! 

Below, three of our brilliant Creators share what the journey means to them and reflect on the unforgettable experience of the recent Creator Day event and coming together as a team. 

“For Me, It’s About Passion and Belonging.” – Nichole Reynolds 

What does it mean to be a Creator? For Nichole, it began with a quiet moment after a no-show appointment, one that led to a leap of faith. 

“The moment I hit submit on my application, panic set in. But that fear didn’t last long. A week later, I got the reply, and I was in shock. I had taken a leap, and it landed.” 

Becoming a Creator opened a new chapter in her career, one filled with purpose and community. 

“Now, I get to pour my love for nail artistry into a brand I genuinely admire. It means I can be me. I get to showcase my creativity and connect with a community that’s uplifting and inspiring.” 

Reflecting on Creator Day, Nichole describes it as the icing on the cake – a day of workshops, support, product reveals, and friendships that brought everything full circle. 

“A Day I’ll Never Forget.” – Samantha Deer 

For Samantha, Creator Day began with a long journey! But the moment she arrived at Maverick’s in Rochester and saw the Lecenté family in person, everything shifted. 

“The buzz was infectious. Meeting people I’d only ever spoken to online, sharing laughs and selfies – it made my soul happy.” 

The day featured two powerful workshops: nail sculpting with the talented Andreea, and content creation with the inspiring Zoya. The learnings were rich and practical – from mastering encapsulated extensions to learning how to “stop the scroll” on social media. 

And of course, there was the legendary Boxed Nail Art Challenge – a display of talent and creativity that took everyone’s breath away. 

“Wow! The designs were inspiring. The talent was incredible.” 

With beautiful food, ribbon-tied gift boxes, product demonstrations, and so much laughter, Creator Day was more than an event, it was a celebration of everything Lecenté represents. 

“We are a team, a family. And finally, we were all together in the same room for the first time.” 

“It Has to Be a Labour of Love.” – Laura Peat 

When it came to the Boxed Nail Art Challenge, a key feature of the recent Creator Day, Laura didn’t just create art, she engineered a masterpiece! Her design was filled with clever nods to the brand, including a miniature light-up Lecenté lamp, a levitating Create gel polish bottle, and magnet-held nail tips for easy display. 

“I brainstormed what Lecenté meant to me – from their education to their unique gel polish formulas. Then I thought: could I re-create the Lecenté lamp with a blue light?” 

Using acrylic, magnets, hinges, and lots of imagination, Laura brought her ideas to life and took home 1st place in the challenge. 

“With competitions, I like to think outside the box. You have to enjoy it, that’s what makes it special. And your clients will be amazed!” 

Her creation wasn’t just technically impressive; it was a heartfelt tribute to the brand that helped shape her artistry. 

Together, We Create 

Creator Day wasn’t just about workshops, prizes, or products – it was about connection. It was about celebrating artistry, bold ideas, and the community we’ve built together. 

Being a Lecenté Creator means being seen. It means belonging. It means bringing your passion to a brand that lifts you, while you lift others.
