Scratch Neon Nail Powder is a super bright fuchsia pink neon effect pigment.

Create bold, vibrant pink nail designs with this versatile powder which can be applied on top of gel polish, mixed with acrylic powder (3:1 ratio) and stamped with.

For maximum brightness apply over Create White Magic Gel Polish. You can also double coat for extra intensity using a gel e.g. Base Coat, Smooth It! or Foil Gel.
