FREE DELIVERY CHANGES

From Tuesday 2nd May 2024 we are increasing our Free Standard UK Delivery* option to spends on £100+VAT and over. This increase is due to increasing delivery costs which we have tried to absorb for as long as we can.

Shipping and Dispatch:

For UK mainland (England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands), orders over the product value of £100.00 excluding tax qualify for free 1-2 day delivery if ordered BEFORE midday 12pm (Monday to Thursday). Orders placed after midday Thursday will be dispatched Friday and delivered the following Monday (the next working day, ex Bank Holidays). Orders under £100.00 excluding tax and delivery will be charged at £4.00+VAT for our standard delivery service (2-5 working days) or £7.00+VAT for our premium delivery service (1-2 days)  Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed

*Please note deliveries will not be made on Bank Holidays & Public Holidays. When placing your order please take into consideration, that during periods which include bank holidays such Christmas & New Year you can expect some additional delays with the delivery of your order.

*Orders placed during a sales promotional period may also incur some delays to our advertised delivery service guidelines.

*Where delivery charges are reduced for a promotion please note this may exclude some areas of the United Kingdom and Worldwide and will be for limited durations only, where after the delivery price will revert back to standard delivery prices.

For Northern Ireland–  Orders over the product value of £250.00 excluding tax qualify for free delivery (2-4 working days), same sending rules apply as above. Orders under £250.00 excluding tax will have the following delivery options, DHL £9.00, DPD Two Day £22.00 *Please note delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Please note our Prep & Dehydrate and Finishing Wipe cannot be shipped using DHL please contact us prior to purchase for a shipping estimate.

For Republic Of Ireland – Orders over the product value of £250.00 excluding tax qualify for free delivery (2-4 working days), same sending rules as above. Orders under £250.00 excluding tax will be charged £14.50 and shipped by DPD (2-5 working days). Royal Mail Tracked (*3-8 working days) will be £12.00 *Please note delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

For Europe – Countries within Europe are split into various zones, each zone having a different price. These Zones may incur a importation tax charge – please check your governing body for any tax charges you may incur for delivery from the UK before you place an order.

For orders shipped to the European Union (EU) valued up to €150, a mandatory EU customs fee of €3 applies per tariff classification (product type) If your order contains different types of items, the carrier will charge a €3 fee for each distinct product category.

The €3 EU customs fee is paid directly to local delivery authorities and is strictly non-refundable. If you refuse delivery to avoid paying this fee, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, the cost of return shipping and any carrier penalties will be deducted from your refund.

Zone 1 = France  & Belgium (DPD Classic 2-4 working days) – £24.00. Royal Mail (7-14 Days) £12.00

Zone 2 = Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia Denmark and Spain (DPD Classic 4-5 working days) – £27.50. Royal Mail (7-14 Days) £12.00

Zone 3 = Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Portugal and Slovenia (DPD Classic 4-6 working days) – £40.00 Royal Mail (7-14 Days) £12.00

Zone 4 = Bulgaria, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania Romania (DPD Classic 5-9 working days) – £49.00. Royal Mail (7-14 Days) £12.00. *Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Zone 5 - Faroe Islands. DHL 5-10 working days. £50.00

For Rest Of World (Outside of the UK and Europe). Orders are £16.45 and sent by Royal Mail International Delivery (*7-14 working days) *Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Please note that we cannot ship gel products outside of the UK at the moment but we are working on changing this.
